Responsible for KHARYAGA Project Supply Chain Management. Company HSE rules and requirements implementation and management on site, RSES (Responsible for Safety on Site) for Usinsk Site, Head of Logistics, budget implementation (around 15 000 000 – 17 000 000 USD per year), Logistics and Usinsk Base management (over 120 subordinates). Material Management, Transportation Management of heavy trucking, fuel delivery including transportation of Dangerous Goods and oversized Materials. Responsible for the tendering process implementation. Supervision of procurement of materials and delivery time. Coordination of works with contractors in all spheres and including HSE of company activity, fulfillment of TOTAL requirements in SAFETY at Bases management, Transportation (passenger/ cargo), Lifting operations including heavy lifts, Catering, Accommodation . Training personnel in accordance with Company Technical and HSE requirements. Integration of the Systems to control and report of company personnel moments POB, fuel with PTS software, Transportation monitoring. Development of affiliate documentation based on Russian Federation Lows and Company rules and Guide manuals. One of the most important part of responsibilities was to develop KPIs. Operations, budget optimization and to minimize expences. February 2007 – June 2009: Logistics Supervisor – being on this position responsible for Usinsk logistic base management, procurement, coordination with the contractors and logistics of materials. Usinsk base management requires supervision of its every day activity, trucks and vehicles and material moments, garages, warehouse, communication. Purchasing of materials for the field with tracking of the expenses in SAP SALSA and reporting to accounting. Customs clearance paper work and coordination. Safety supervision of all works implemented in Usinsk has been fulfilled for TOTAL. That includes safety meetings with contractors just before the job and general every three months.

2005 to January 2007 : Deputy General Director – being on this position responsible for the Supply Chain optimization, coordination with government authorities and local population in Nenets region, administration, negotiations with companies, Logistics (including helicopter deliveries, about 100 flights a month), security, communication with the field.
