- monitoring and analysis of the status of projects relative to baseline indicators, monitoring of deadlines performance of works under the project (monitoring of the implementation of the building and assembly works, project security human and technical resources) - еstimation, calculation of probability of fulfillment of project terms - creation of models of the project implementation schedule, taking into account short delivery in the period of the main technological equipment and material and technical resourses, as well as also delays in commencement of work in connection with the late issuing the necessary permits

- development of a program for capital repairs and capital construction of facilities oil production - interaction with construction contractors on security issues compliance of the performed work with design solutions for oil field facilities, pre-design surveys - technical supervision of construction works, conducting survey hidden works and critical structures - examination, verification and acceptance of project documentation.
